In Wodify Arena you may refund a ticket by following the steps below:

1. Dashboard > Ticket Sales > View Ticket:
   
   
   
2. Click on the Cancel Ticket button. This will issue a refund and make this ticket Inactive. 
   
   

*Note* If you have accepted early payouts for your event, you will need to refund participants outside of Arena
